Comments on the Fourth Draft:

(1) BBK has to choose between a BLOG and a DIARY. Both actually are more or less the same. I should say BLOGS should remain. And instead of having DIARIES, y dont we just have the CONFESSION RM exclusive for COMMENTS about the game as the term speaks of itself? Let's not include real life updates in the confession rm. Real life updates (but not limited to that) should be under BLOGS.

Btw, where should blogs (not referring to diaries) be posted? On personal blogsites?

(2) CANT WE JUST VOTE FOR THE TIME AND DATE OF THE WEEKLY QUORUM?? Please have consultation first. Whatever the majority would decide, then that should be the final sked.

(3) IMMUNITY IS AS IMPORTANT AS WINNING THE GAME. It might b ur only chance to stay in the game espcially if you feel you'd b next for eviction. You just cant limit one immunity to a person for his entire stay in the house. IT IS SO UNFAIR. WHY? Because for me immunity should be given to the best player. Why would you give it to someone next in line just because you already had ur chance to be immuned?

Let us learn frm the SURVIVOR Series that immunity is up for grab for anyone. This makes it fair because the best player deserves to win it. Now what if that player would continually win challenges? Is it not frustrating that you only get reward points and not immunity because you already got one? HMPF!!!!!

Even with the Fourth Revision, it is still VAGUE on who decides who gets immunity. We are trying to improve the rules right? So we need not pattern this from SEASON 3.

(4) VH OF THE WEEK is a brilliant idea. The way it is determined for me is not. The poll just allows anyone to click that single button and then whhallla... keys in your vote! I could vote for myself 50 consecutive times without getting caught just to be VH of the week. The poll is just a vote counter but it does not record who voted who. Anyone could cheat this system if we use the poll for this. hahahahaha.

(5) VIOLENCE. Please include the definition of the word "VIOLENCE" in the provision. I know what you mean with that term but then again as I keep on repeating, place the meaning of the word in the provision. So that nobody would have an excuse that it is not clearly stated in the house rules.=D

With regard to the violence penalty points, too. It would be better if the first offense would get a VERBAL WARNING FROM BBK. The meaning of VIOLENCE is so vague. You might be unaware that you have already committed one. Second offense with 5 evicting points. For the third offense, automatic eviction. For someone to save that person,some1 has to have 20points? It's just so impossible unless you're really lucky. Why dont we lessen it to 15points?

(6) WHY IS THERE NO PROVISION FOR VH REPLACEMENT??

ano ung OT??? tsaka feeling ko maganda ung Diary na idea wag nyo tanggalin un. pero bakit nmn Friday, Saturday, Sunday pa? pwede nmn na Sunday lng kc ang ilalagay lng nmn dun eh ung ngyari sa week na un so 3 days is nonsense dahil pareho lng ang ilalagay so i suggest Sunday n lng or Saturday. ung Diary post. hehe nakialam na eh no BBK ano ung OT?

(2) Alisin na natin yung weekly quorum. There is no definite time a person is online.
(3) Gawin na nating katulad sa S3 ang immunity.
(4) Diba kaya ni BBK na once per computer lang ang vote? Nagawa na niya yan noon eh.
(5) It is already in the soon-to-be-published 6th draft
(6) Masyadong marami na tayo. And since voluntary registration ito, wag na lang tayo magkaroon ng VH replacement

All-Star Pinoy Big Brother Rules – FIFTH DRAFT

• BLOGGING
- All VHs must post at least one blog entry per week.
- If no post is made within the week, the VH concerned gets 2 evicting points and is required to write an all-Filipino post as their first blog post of the week.

• PBBFG BOARD
- There is no post amount regulation.
- VHs are not allowed to post in the threads which are exclusive to guests. Penalty for this is 1 evicting point
- There must be a visitor's thread where the visitors can freely interact with the VHs about the game. VHs, however, are not allowed to discuss their nomination plans and the like. Discussing their strategies leads to a 1 evicting point penalty.

• CONFESSION ROOM (Diary)
- A VH must post in the confession room at least once a week. Failure to do so corresponds to 1 evicting point.
- Confession room posts must be a reflection about what is happening in the vHouse.

• COMMUNICATIONS
- BBK may communicate with the VHs through Mail, Friendster, YM or the boards.
- VHs must send an acknowledgement message to BBK in the same media as they received the information. A VH who does not reply to BBK is understood to have not received the message. A VH would then be assigned to inform the “unaware” VH of the task, and the “unaware” VH must tell BBK about reception of the information.

• ACTIVITIES
- There must be at least two activities per week. One must be a quiz and the other must be at the discernment of BBK. BBK’s activities will give 3 saving points up for grabs.
- VHs who do not perform BBK’s activities on time will be given 2 evicting points.
- VHs are allowed to initiate their own activity, be it a quiz or a game. If more than half of the VHs perform the activity four days after proposal, proponent gets 2 saving points. If the VH-initiated activity is a game, whoever wins gets 1 saving point
- Every two weeks, "The Battle" must occur. 3 or 4 teams must be formed for every challenge, with the VHs selecting their own group mates. The group who will win the challenge wins 3 saving points per member, and has the right to give one of the remaining groups 1 evicting point per member.

• IMMUNITY
- VHs can freely use their immunity whenever they feel like they are up for eviction. They can only be immune once in their stay at the virtual house.

• VIOLENCE
- Any act violating human rights is considered as violence.
- For the first offense, 5 evicting points is to be imposed.
- For the second and succeeding offenses, a VH is up for eviction and can be only be saved by a VH who receives more than 20 evicting points.

• ACCIDENT, ILLNESS or VACATION
- Whoever knows of a co-VH's mishaps must inform BBK immediately. Proper action must be taken.
- One-week exemption is to be imposed for minor problems. For major problems, forced eviction is to be done. However, if the forced evictee can participate in the next eviction, he is given the chance to do so.
- VHs taking a vacation must inform BBK and the VHs how long he is to leave. Every day in leave must correspond to 0.25 evicting points (+2 points maximum). Failure for information means a 3 evicting point penalty.

• GUESTS
- BBK may recruit guests to assist VHs in their activities.
- Guests are to be selected by BBK through the VHs’ friendster friends.
- When VHs are to choose guests, they are not allowed to choose guests from their friends list. They must choose from the friends of the other VHs.
- When a VH refuses to choose, or is unable to choose within the deadline, 1 evicting point must be given to him, and BBK will assign the guest to the VH.

• VH OF THE WEEK
- Every week, there will be a regular poll to determine the VH of the week.
- The top scorer gets 3 saving points and also gets the chance to give 2 saving points to a co-VH

• NOMINATION AND EVICTION
- Nomination and eviction must be done every other week.
- A VH MUST assign 3 evicting points to one VH, 2 evicting points to another VH and 2 saving points to the VH he wants to stay. He must give a justification.
- A VH must provide a codename when he nominates. Failure to do so means 1 evicting point. BBK must assign a codename to the person not providing one.
- A VH refusing to vote gets 4 evicting points.

• VOLUNTARY EXIT
- A VH may voluntary exit by posting a post entitled "I hereby leave the Virtual House" in their blog. It must contain a justification on your reason to leave.
- VHs who quit may not be replaced after Day 25.

• FORCED EVICTION
- A VH may be forced to leave for violating the rights of a VH or by failing to comply with the activities.

Oooops, I don't like the IMMUNITY idea. Sa season pa lang namin, I actually hated that. hehe... Actually kuya neil-g is right, IMMUNITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE BEST PLAYER. That's why diba nga, as I've said before, if gusto talaga nating magkaroon ng IMMUNITY sa game, dapat yung katulad na lang nung sa season 2, IMMUNITY CHALLENGE... I think it's better, pero sabi mo nga, it will ruin the structure of the game... hehe...

VH of the WEEK...
Uhm, nasabi ko na din 2... POLL? nuh... Eventhough one vote per computer PER DAY LANG ( sometimes nga perhour pa... hehe), still, hindi lahat ng voters ay follower ng pbbfg, madaling mangampanya sa ibang forums dyan or kahit sa friends list sa ym.. TRUST ME... you can't say that the winner is the most deserving... ( based on my personal experience.... hehe)...

Okay, balik na lang kaya natin don sa original idea (from the winners of "The Battle", pipili si BBK or the members of the winning group ang magkakaroon ng immunity).

Yung VH of the Week part ay test kung gaano karaming fans ang VHs. And kaya ni BBK na once per voting period lang.

Sige. Alisin na lang natin yung Weekly Quorum, kasi mahihirapan lang yung iba. And it would be unfair for those who are unavailable in the selected time period of the VHs.

Hmm. Okay, pero after Day 25 di na pwede palitan. And that is already included since the first draft. Under "Voluntary Exit"
