(1) One blog per week is fair enough for me now compared to 2 blogs per week (w/c cud have meant dat d blogsite s gonna b flooded wid at least 24 blog posts in week. hahahahaha!). A blog per week would make at least 12 blogs for every housemate for the whole duration of d season. Wow! at least 144 blogs in all. Tama ba math ko? Hmmmmm. Hehehehehe. ANY CONSIDERATION??? I THINK THAT IS TOO MUCH. WUDN'T DER B ANY REWARD FOR A VH TO B EXEMPTED FROM BLOGGING? JUST TO MINIMIZE BLOG ENTRIES OF COURSE. Like maybe: If a VH would receive at least 5 comments on dat specific blog, he/she wud b exempted from being required to post d next blog entry? or something like dat.....hmmmmm.........

(2) DIARIES. There should b a clear distinction between a BLOG and a DIARY. Wouldn't it sound so redundant if a VH wud BLOG something dat happened 2 his life and writes the same on his DIARY? hmmmm. Although i have to agree dat it could b a venue where u cud post ur comments about d game...... SO WOUDN'T B BETTER IF D DIARY WUD CONTAIN COMMENTS ABOUT D GAME AND WAT HAPPENED TO HIS LIFE IN RELATION TO THE GAME? I dont have to b mean but who wud care if u met up wid ur long lost frend or ur brother's frend's cousin's girldfrend hu happens 2 b a childhood frend? hmmmmmmmmmmm............ unless it s dat interesting.

Btw, if the DIARIES SECTION would b replaced by the CONFESSION RM, then we should not term it DIARIES anymore. And would d title CONFESSION RM stil b "coherent" (hahahha) if it also contains entries about wat happend in ur life outside PBBFG?

(3) THE VH-MESSENGER PROVISION SHOULD B SCRAPPED OUT. If you want to inform d "uninformed", d reason shud b because u are concerned for dat VH. I DEFINITELY WOUDNT WANT TO B PUNISHED FOR NOT CONVINCING D "UNINTERESTED" VH TO JOIN D ACTIVITY!!! D hell i care if he really doesnt want to participate! hahahahaha. We cant force someone, right? Would u rather take d penalty for someone else's action?

(4) THE 9:00PM FRIDAY QUORUM DEFINITELY DOES NOT WRK FOR ME. Bt if everyoday else is OK wid it, then let it be. hehehehehehe. At least you junked d penalty points for those who wouldnt b able to attend. BTW, Y NOT MAKE IT SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, WHEN EVERY1 IS FREE?

(5) THE PROVISION FOR IMMUNITY IS STILL VAGUE. Hu decides who gets immunity? I WOULD SUGGEST DAT D HIGHEST POINTER ON ALL ACTIVITIES IN DAT WEEK SHOULD B GIVEN D IMMUNITY. I wouldnt agree too that a VH could only b immuned once in his entire stay. IT SHOULD B FAIR DAT WHOEVER WORKS D HARDEST SHOULD GET D PAY!!!!!! This for me, would even encourage other VHs to strive harder.

(6) VIOLATION. There should be a clear definition to this word in the house rules. It just shouldnt be based on judgement.


OVERALL, THE HOUSERULES ARE OK ALTHOUGH SOME PARTS OF IT SHOULD B REVISED. =D

(1) PBBFG revolves around blogs as the main "life" of the VHs.
(2) Diaries are like the VH's messages to BBK in the confession room.
(3) Penalty removed.
(4) Napaka-vague kasi ng availability time ng Saturday and Sunday. At least kapag Friday, most people are expected to be available.
(5) The immunity provision here is just an enhancement of Season 3's, wherein the VH must win the chance to use immunity. Sa S3 kasi basta gusto ng VH immune na siya eh. Pero once lang pwede ma-immune like S3.
(6) Human Rights Violation. Parang sa real life. Ganun ang violence natin.

All-Star Pinoy Big Brother Rules - FOURTH DRAFT

BLOGGING
- All VHs must post at least one blog entry per week.
- If no post is made within the week, the VH concerned gets 2 evicting points and is required to write an all-Filipino post as their first blog post of the week.

PBBFG BOARD
- There is no post amount regulation.
- VHs are not allowed to post in the threads which are exclusive to guests. Penalty for this is 1 evicting point
- There must be a visitor's thread where the visitors can freely interact with the VHs about the game. VHs, however, are not allowed to discuss their nomination plans and the like. Discussing their strategies leads to a 1 evicting point penalty.

DIARIES (Confession Room)
- Diaries can be found in the PBBFG board.
- Diaries must be updated every Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
- Failure to post in their own diary for a week corresponds to a 1 evicting point penalty.
- Diary posts must be a reflection about what happened in the past week.
- Diaries who get comments from at least 5 different VHs and 5 different guests from the time the diary entry is posted until the next diary entry is made will get 1 saving point for the next nomination.

COMMUNICATIONS
- BBK may communicate with the VHs through Mail, Friendster, YM or the boards.
- VHs must send an acknowledgement message to BBK in the same media as they received the information. A VH who does not reply to BBK is understood to have not received the message. A VH would then be assigned to inform the “unaware” VH of the task, and the “unaware” VH must tell BBK about reception of the information.
- VHs must be online in YM on Friday night, at 9:00 PM. If quorum reaches half, 0.5 saving points must be awarded to the attendees. Activities may be done during this time.

ACTIVITIES
- There must be at least two activities per week. One must be a quiz and the other must be at the discernment of BBK. BBK’s activities will give 3 saving points up for grabs.
- VHs who do not perform BBK’s activities on time will be given 2 evicting points.
- VHs are allowed to initiate their own activity, be it a quiz or a game. If more than half of the VHs perform the activity four days after proposal, proponent gets 2 saving points. If the VH-initiated activity is a game, whoever wins gets 1 saving point
- Every two weeks, "The Battle" must occur. 3 or 4 teams must be formed for every challenge, with the VHs selecting their own groupmates. The group who will win the challenge wins 3 saving points per member, and has the right to give one of the remaining groups 1 evicting point per member.

IMMUNITY
- VHs can only use their immunity whenever they are part of the winning group in “The Battle”. They can only be immune once in their stay at the virtual house.

VIOLENCE
- For the first offense, 5 evicting points is to be imposed.
- For the second and succeeding offenses, a VH is up for eviction and can be only be saved by a VH who receives more than 20 evicting points.


ACCIDENT, ILLNESS or VACATION
- Whoever knows of a co-VH's mishaps must inform BBK immediately. Proper action must be taken.
- One-week exemption is to be imposed for minor problems. For major problems, forced eviction is to be done. However, if the forced evictee can participate in the next eviction, he is given the chance to do so.
- VHs taking a vacation must inform BBK and the VHs how long he is to leave. Every day in leave must correspond to 0.25 evicting points (+2 points maximum). Failure for information means a 3 evicting point penalty.

GUESTS
- BBK may recruit guests to assist VHs in their activities.
- Guests are to be selected by BBK through the VHs’ friendster friends.
- When VHs are to choose guests, they are not allowed to choose guests from their friends list. They must choose from the friends of the other VHs.
- When a VH refuses to choose, or is unable to choose within the deadline, 1 evicting point must be given to him, and BBK will assign the guest to the VH.

VH OF THE WEEK
- Every week, there will be a regular poll to determine the VH of the week.
- The top scorer gets 3 saving points and also gets the chance to give 2 saving points to a co-VH

NOMINATION AND EVICTION
- Nomination and eviction must be done every other week.
- A VH MUST assign 3 evicting points to one VH, 2 evicting points to another VH and 2 saving points to the VH he wants to stay. He must give a justification.
- A VH must provide a codename when he nominates. Failure to do so means 1 evicting point. BBK must assign a codename to the person not providing one.
- A VH refusing to vote gets 4 evicting points.

VOLUNTARY EXIT
- A VH may voluntary exit by posting a post entitled "I hereby leave the Virtual House" in their blog. It must contain a justification on your reason to leave.
- VHs who quit may not be replaced after Day 25.

FORCED EVICTION
- A VH may be forced to leave for violating the rights of a VH or by failing to comply to the activities.

To Ate Gee: Kung 2 evicting points ang maximum for penalties, parang it would be "okay" for the VHs to violate rules. Dapat ma-balance natin ang pagsunod ng rules sa nomination power ng VHs.

uhm, it's still a penalty pa nmn eh... besides, every point matters naman... those penalties can be threats to that certain vh kasi xempre who knows, some or a lot could see this as a chance to vote him/her out diba?.... my point is, let us give the power to the virtual housemates on deciding who the next evictee is. ganun naman sa real pbb diba? i know the fantasy game is different but somehow, we have adapted its concept... anyway, i know i didn't explained it well... pero i hope you'll still get what i'm trying to say,,, haha!
