Copy-paste YM (or others, Google Talk etc.) conversations with and messages received from co-VHs.
For YM conversations: One YM conversation per thread. There is a post size limit (no. of characters). Click "reply" and post the rest.
Follow this format for thread's subject:
Chat with [name of VH] - for 1 on 1 YM conversation (e.g. Chat with Maria)
Confe with [names of VHs] - for YM conference (e.g. Confe with Juan, Pedro and Maria)
For messages received: You may copy-paste or print screen and post photo.

[Medium] from [name of VH] (e.g. E-mail from Juan, PM from Pedro)
