BBK, it's unfair... We haven't prove anything yet... All of us... WE, the virtual housemates haven't prove anything yet in this game. Just over one activity the "Message Relay" and some virtual housemate commented or made protests doesn't mean we have all the rights to do what is proper... Actually, there's nothing wrong BBK forcibly evicting Benj. BBK's our host he's our administrator and all. He's the one who's making the rules. But this isn't fair. We're all here "TO PROVE OURSELVES" to each and everyone here in Virtual House. But Benj hasn't proved anything yet... He may have used obscene, vulgar words and everything... He may have verdicted with "VIOLENCE" uttering the words "retard, retarded, et al..." But that doesn't mean HE's (BENJ) OVER... BBK, hear me out... I'm trying to make this justifiable... I don't want this to sound or feel like complicated but what's happening is everything is beginning to become complex. I'm very much aware of the house rules... But since day 1 the house rules has been revised over & over... Not that I'm complaining but... WE'RE ALL HERE TO REVEAL OUR TRUE SELVEs and what we're doing are all BASED ON WHAT WE REALLY ARE and WHO WE REALLY ARE...

Benj, Ang Obnoxious Mastermind ng Maynila, has been forcibly evicted from the virtual house for deliberatly violating the house rules. He used a vulgar word in his confessions twice, refused to post in your diary and plotted against BBK several times.

Case 1: Using obsene and vulgar words: Maybe Benj did said (typed) obsene and vulgar words! But was that intentional? Maybe. Maybe not. But the question is: What specific words Benj used? Is retard a vulgar word, isnt it a psychological term used for a specific case of special children/person.
• VIOLENCE
- Offensive confrontation outside Dining Room and Kitchen is considered as violence. Using explicit, obscene or vulgar language or graphics anywhere in PBBFG Board, Yahoo Messenger, shoutbox, e-mail, Friendster and personal blog will not be tolerated.
Case 2: Isnt the rule below is contradicting itself? Saying offensive conrontation in the Dining Room and Kitchen are allowed, but it is not allowed on the PBBFG Board?
Case 3: what if the VH did not copied and pasted their YM conversations? Then it is not an offence, since it was not known, since it was not created as a part of the PBBFG Allstar Game.
Case 4: Is e-mail a part of the Game? What if the VH said there no e-mail that he recieved that has an offensive/vulgar wors? How will the administrator check the validity of his words?
Case 5: Personal blog. clearly from the word itself. PERSONAL blog.
- Plotting against co-Vhs is allowed but VHs may report to BBK any explicit, obscene or vulgar acts done by their co-VH. For the first offense, 5 evicting points is to be imposed.
Case 6: how is plotting defined in the administrator's dictionary? Has Benj recieved the 5 evicting points? I dont think so!
Case 7: What if the other VHs did not report to BBK that a VH or a group of VH is plotting?
- For the second and succeeding offenses, there will have a Special Nomination for Forced Eviction. VHs, excluding VH-candidate for forced eviction, will vote "evict" or "save". He/she can be only be saved if 3/4 of VH (who actually voted) vote "save".
Case 8: Again, how is plotting defined in the dictionary?
Case 9: Has the special nomination/eviction been activated?
• FORCED EVICTION
- VHs may be evicted by: 1. Failure to perform three successive activities, 2. Deliberate violation of house rules, 3. Plotting against BBK. Belittling or dishonoring BBK, the owner of Virtual House, is considered plotting.
Case 10: again, contradicting rules, (last sentence on the Violation rule, and the Forced Eviction rule) .
Case 11: Failure to perform 3 activities. We only had 1 activity that was finished, and one that we are continually playing. A total of 2. So no case.
Case 12: Deliberate violation. Of what? specific rules that was deliberately violated pls.
case 13: Again, how was the plotting BBK define. Is it saying "die, BBK, die" or just asking questions? "Plotting against" is a large topic, especially if it is not properly defined.
Prayer:
1. It is prayed that the administrator provide evidences that Benj did really deliberately and intentionally violated any House Rules,
2. It is also prayed that the accussed be retained in the VHouse.

Right! And That VIOLENCE RULE is so general. Nung una pa lang, I really don’t like that idea. Hindi lang ata ako napagbigyan when we're making the draft. Using OBSCENE, EXPLICIT and VULGAR words? What are OBSCENE, EXPLICIT and VULGAR then? Wala bang leveling? It solely depends on every person’s perception of those words. And how come there are such rules like that in this game? What are basically the GOALS of this fantasy game? We’re here to establish something, to show who we really are. And for that rule, I think it’s infringing every person’s freedom of expression. Another one, to jive various personalities inside the vhouse. If he’s the most boorish monster inside the vhouse, then who cares? HE’S BENJ! And in the first place, why did you accept him to enter your house again? You already knew how he will take action inside. Sigh, I’m really sad that only few heads understand what is his role here in aspbbfg. Tsk!

Not that I am questioning your decision... But I'm standing here or I should say - I am here to make things clear. Everything has been so complex... I know the House Rules were done by my fellow ASVHs but I just do hope that Benj will be given another chance and for the other VHs to know him. He may be just deep. But that doesn't require all of us to completely abhorr him... I am not being one-sided or bias. Right now I am standing right in between my fellow VH Benj Espina vs. the other VHs concerned or affected by him the past 10 days he has stayed in the House...
