honestly, im feeling low at the moment inside the house..

why?

1st... im one of the last VH that entered the house... i am lagging with the activities, with the bonding... with everything...

2nd... it seems that BBK is now choosing what to post, who posted, and how the post was posted!

3rd... benj has just been forcibly evicted, because of asking, ok maybe he said some vulgar words and plotting against bbk... but was that just asking...

Benj, Ang Obnoxious Mastermind ng Maynila, has been forcibly evicted from the virtual house for deliberatly violating the house rules. He used a vulgar word in his confessions twice, refused to post in your diary and plotted against BBK several times.

Case 1: Using obsene and vulgar words: Maybe Benj did said (typed) obsene and vulgar words! But was that intentional? Maybe. Maybe not. But the question is: What specific words Benj used? Is retard a vulgar word, isnt it a psychological term used for a specific case of special children/person.

• VIOLENCE
- Offensive confrontation outside Dining Room and Kitchen is considered as violence. Using explicit, obscene or vulgar language or graphics anywhere in PBBFG Board, Yahoo Messenger, shoutbox, e-mail, Friendster and personal blog will not be tolerated.

Case 2: Isnt the rule below is contradicting itself? Saying offensive conrontation in the Dining Room and Kitchen are allowed, but it is not allowed on the PBBFG Board?

Case 3: what if the VH did not copied and pasted their YM conversations? Then it is not an offence, since it was not known, since it was not created as a part of the PBBFG Allstar Game.

Case 4: Is e-mail a part of the Game? What if the VH said there no e-mail that he recieved that has an offensive/vulgar wors? How will the administrator check the validity of his words?

Case 5: Personal blog. clearly from the word itself. PERSONAL blog.

- Plotting against co-Vhs is allowed but VHs may report to BBK any explicit, obscene or vulgar acts done by their co-VH. For the first offense, 5 evicting points is to be imposed.

Case 6: how is plotting defined in the administrator's dictionary? Has Benj recieved the 5 evicting points? I dont think so!

Case 7: What if the other VHs did not report to BBK that a VH or a group of VH is plotting?

- For the second and succeeding offenses, there will have a Special Nomination for Forced Eviction. VHs, excluding VH-candidate for forced eviction, will vote "evict" or "save". He/she can be only be saved if 3/4 of VH (who actually voted) vote "save".

Case 8: Again, how is plotting defined in the dictionary?

Case 9: Has the special nomination/eviction been activated?

• FORCED EVICTION
- VHs may be evicted by: 1. Failure to perform three successive activities, 2. Deliberate violation of house rules, 3. Plotting against BBK. Belittling or dishonoring BBK, the owner of Virtual House, is considered plotting.

Case 10: again, contradicting rules, (last sentence on the Violation rule, and the Forced Eviction rule) .

Case 11: Failure to perform 3 activities. We only had 1 activity that was finished, and one that we are continually playing. A total of 2. So no case.

Case 12: Deliberate violation. Of what? specific rules that was deliberately violated pls.

case 13: Again, how was the plotting BBK define. Is it saying "die, BBK, die" or just asking questions? "Plotting against" is a large topic, especially if it is not properly defined.

Prayer:

1. It is prayed that the administrator provide evidences that Benj did really deliberately and intentionally violated any House Rules,

2. It is also prayed that the accussed be retained in the VHouse.

I think Benj has proven himself na. He's one of the better bloggers here (I love his personal blog.. marami kang matututunan and we have a lot of things in common) and napaka-misteryoso niya.

I think, its not just about being a good blogger or bening mysterious, but it is about being true to one's self.

There is another problem looming somehow. My co-VHs might think that I am the cause of this. Well, I just dealt with Benj the way I wanted to, abiding with the rules. I might have influenced BBK in his decision, but I did NOT ask him to forcibly evict Benj. I just told BBK I was deeply hurt by Benj's acts, and therefore, he might have decided to consider the act as violence.

look, just like what I have told you, it is not about you, but it is about benj's actions that cause him his eviction from the VHouse.

I said this above, "He might be doing such villan acts kasi he wants to be portrayed in this game" and he crossed the line. You can play as villan or the opposite, if that is your game plan without crossing the line.

sometimes, it depends on how a person sees what the other is doing. It may not be crossing the line in other's pt of view, but it maybe to others.

so, nagkaroon na ng resulta ang nominasyon, although, hndi pa talaga malinaw kung sino ang matatanggal.

nakita ko sa ibang confession ng mga co-VH ko ang kanilang reaksyon. some of them are being. sabi nila, nagpakatotoo sila. nagpakatotoo lang din naman ung mga bumoto. AND may i remind you, this is a game.

im just intrigue by the confession of trish, saying that they are the best 4 of season 1.
well, that same goes for the others.
Mats, Pao and other season 2 VH are the best of their season,
and me, gee, and other season 3 VHs are the best of our season.
so, what's the fuss?
i will not question who is the best in their own season,
but we must answer, who is the best of the allstar season?
now, that's worth more.

and being a "pirated cd", oh, we did not decide to be a pirated cd.
BBK started recruiting for Season 2 and 3, so it'll be BBK's faults if WE ARE pirated cd.
but who cares, if we are pirated cd, diba nga MAS BINIBILI ng tao pirated cd, kumpara sa original CD.

BBK... gusto ko lang pong magreact sa sinabi ni Gee sa kanyang confession... Sinabi ko last season na ang pinakatrusted kong VH sa lahat ng S3 ay si Gee. And I know, that sometimes we had some misunderstandings. Yung tinanong mo, kung pinagkakatiwalaan ko pa din sila. Opo. Pinagkakatiwalaan ko pa din sila. At siguro nga, mas lalo ko pa dapat ibigay ang pagtitiwala na iyon, dahil sila ang mga pinakamahusay na manlalaro sa loob ng bahay na ito. Sila din ang mga naging kaibigan ko dito.

Kung sila ang hindi nagtitiwala sa akin, dapat na din siguro na sumunod na ako kay Jomar. Maaaring isang katarantaduhan ito, pero ito lang naman ang alam kong tamang gawin.

Tungkol naman sa pag voluntary exit ni Jomar. Hindi ko siya masisisi. Kung sa tingin ko, halat ng mga VH ay galit sa akin, at tapos, wala namang magco-comfort sa akin, malamang na ganun na din ang gagawin ko. Pero sana pinag-isipan na din ni Jomar ang desisyon niya. Pero alam kong tama ang desisyon ni Jomar dahil sa tingin niya yun ang tama.

BBK, napakadaming nangyari nitong huling linggo matapos ang unang nominasyon. Pero sana nakasara na ung isyu na yon, kahit wala masyadong pag-uusap na nangyari...

Nominasyon na naman po, sana pagkatapos nito, ay wala nang isyu na lumabas. Sana maayos na tanggapin ng VH na mapapaalis ang desisyon ng kanyang mga kasama sa loob ng bahay. Isa po itong laro, at hindi personalan.

Nakokonsiyensiya po ako na hindi na ako masyadong nakakasama sa mga pag-uusap ng mga VH. Sa nominasyon na ito, maaaring ako ang maging delikado, maaari din namang hndi. Isa lang ang sigurado, isa sa mga VH ang lalabas (obvious ba?).

Sana walang magquit na VH, pero nauna na si jomar. Nalungkot ako sa kanyang desisyon, pero alam kong ang desisyon niya ay pinag-isipan niya. Matalinong bata si jomar, alam niya ang ginagawa niya. Sa mga natitirang VH, kaya natin ito!

infact... one of these days, ill be suggesting an activity... sana lang sumali ang mga co-VH ko.. nakakahiya naman kapag nag-suggest ako, tapos walang sumali..
